Our safaris include all logistics from your arrival to your departure, such as ground transportation, flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, activities and your private guide fees. International flights and insurance are not included, but we can provide recommendations if needed.

Yes, additional costs may include international flights, visas, insurance, gratuities and any items or activities not specified in your itinerary.

After submitting an enquiry, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your vision, ensuring the itinerary is a perfect match for you and your group. Whether you have a clear idea of the destinations, activities or experiences you want or need guidance and inspiration, our experienced team will suggest locations, accommodation and activities that fully align with your interests.  

Along with safaris, we also offer beach, city, and cultural experiences.

We cater to all group types and will create a unique itinerary that suits your specific dynamics and preferences.

We recommend booking as early as possible - ideally a year in advance if possible - especially for peak seasons between June and September or during the Christmas period. Although advance bookings are recommended, we can accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

Yes, after your initial enquiry, you’ll be introduced to a member of our sales team who will act as your primary contact. As a boutique operation, we pride ourselves on offering a personalised and attentive experience. Paolo, Sam, and the team work closely together, combining their expertise to plan and create your ideal itinerary where every detail is tailored to your needs.

Our preferred payment method is wire transfer. We also accept credit cards, although additional merchant fees may apply.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance for cancellation, interruptions or curtailments, as well as to cover you for unforeseen accidents that happen before or during travel.

When booking with us, you agree to the condition that the sole responsibility lies with you to ensure you have appropriate and comprehensive travel and medical insurance for yourself and any dependants or travelling companions.

This insurance should provide cover for, but not be limited to, the following: cancellations or interruptions of flights and travel arrangements, emergency evacuation expenses, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, damage, theft or loss of personal baggage, money and other personal belongings.
